Section 1

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 444bk ("444bk", "we", "us", "the platform") regarding your use of the 444bk website located at 444bk.bet and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support ("the Services").

By accessing the 444bk website, registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 444bk platform or any of its Services.

444bk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 444bk will post a notice on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The current version of these Terms supersedes all prior versions.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall always prevail in the event of any conflict with a translated version. The platform currently operates in English for all communications, support, and legal documentation.

Section 2

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 444bk platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Services:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the 444bk platform.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative for any third party when registering or using the account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of 444bk or any of its associated gaming providers.
• You have not previously had a 444bk account closed or suspended for a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or responsible gaming self-exclusion.
• You are not registered on any national self-exclusion list or any third-party problem-gambling blocking programme that covers the 444bk platform.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prohibit gambling activity.

444bk actively enforces its minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 18 will be suspended immediately upon discovery. All funds held in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, net of any winnings derived from gameplay. Winnings generated by underage players are not payable under any circumstances.

444bk may, at its sole discretion, request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any point during their use of the platform — not only at the point of first withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by the support team may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

Section 3

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 444bk platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts. Any balance held in duplicate accounts at the time of closure is not eligible for withdrawal.

Registration Requirements

When registering a 444bk account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a phone number. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and that you will update your account details promptly if any information changes.

• You must provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• Your date of birth must be entered accurately — misrepresenting your age to bypass the 18+ restriction is a criminal offence.
• Your registered email address must be one you actively access, as account notifications and verification emails are sent there.
• Your mobile number must be valid and associated with a Bangladeshi SIM, as it may be used for two-factor authentication and payment verification.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444bk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 444bk staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances — any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

You agree to notify 444bk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 444bk will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or failed to notify 444bk in a timely manner.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

To comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the platform, 444bk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification checks on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, a recent utility bill or bank statement (dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

444bk operates an entirely BDT-denominated wallet. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are transacted in Bangladeshi Taka. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 444bk on any transaction. Supported payment methods and current processing times are shown in the table below.

Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and matches the details on your 444bk account. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of any winnings generated from funds deposited in that manner. The original deposit amount will be returned to the third-party payment method, and any associated bonus will be forfeited.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, up to the value of that deposit. Withdrawals exceeding the deposit amount — i.e., winnings — may be paid to any registered payment method held in your own name and verified under KYC. 444bk reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 in a single transaction or ৳200,000 within a 30-day period.

Section 5

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

444bk offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing registered players, including but not limited to: a welcome deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit, weekly reload bonuses, free spins on selected Pragmatic Play slot titles, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general and specific terms set out in this section and in the individual promotion's terms page.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, payment method, or device, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are held separately from your real-money balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The standard wagering requirement for all 444bk deposit bonuses is 30x (thirty times) the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance and associated winnings being removed from the account at the expiry date.
• Bets placed on games excluded from wagering contribution (as listed in the bonus terms) will not count toward clearing wagering requirements. Bets placed before a bonus is accepted will not count toward the bonus wagering requirement.
• 444bk reserves the right to void any bonus, related winnings, or entire account balance in cases where bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of a software error is suspected or confirmed.

Promotional Integrity

444bk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where technical errors, fraudulent claims, or market changes make continuation of an offer impractical or unfair. In cases where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and made a qualifying deposit, any bonus already credited at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the stated wagering terms.

Section 6

6 Responsible Gaming

444bk is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If gambling stops being enjoyable or begins to affect your financial wellbeing, relationships, or mental health, 444bk provides a range of tools to help you manage your activity or exit the platform entirely.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings panel. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Useful for players who want to maintain strict budget discipline.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alert to notify you after a chosen duration of continuous play, helping you stay aware of time spent on the platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, your account is suspended but not closed, and your balance is preserved.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a permanent or fixed-term self-exclusion at any time via the account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

Section 7

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 444bk platform. Engagement in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 444bk platform (see Section 3 — Account Registration).
• Using false, stolen, or third-party identity documents during KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods to make deposits.
• Participating in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: bonus hunting, wagering arbitrage designed to extract bonus funds with minimal risk, collusion between multiple accounts to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematic exploitation of promotions using low-risk betting strategies.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any part of the 444bk platform, its APIs, game engines, random number generators, or back-end systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games, or interact with the platform in any manner not supported by the platform's standard user interface.
• Laundering money or processing any proceeds of criminal activity through the 444bk platform.
• Facilitating, encouraging, or assisting another person to commit any of the above prohibited acts.

Section 8

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444bk, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the 444bk platform or any of its Services, even if 444bk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, 444bk accepts no liability for:

• Financial losses sustained through gameplay, whether resulting from normal game outcomes, an error on your part, or a technical fault affecting a single session.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform or any game title due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government-mandated network restrictions.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or Bangladeshi banking institutions.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any decision made by 444bk to suspend, restrict, or close an account in accordance with these Terms.

In all cases where 444bk is found to bear liability, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444bk provides all games and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 444bk takes all reasonable measures to ensure the reliability of the platform and the fairness of all game outcomes, no warranty — express or implied — is given regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Services or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its stated use as an online gaming and sports betting destination.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 444bk platform shall be governed by applicable law. Any unresolved disputes may be referred to binding arbitration. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
